Operating Principles
● This kind of valve can be operated through actuator(eletricpnematic).
● Actuator or manually with the hand is to revolve the axialmovement of piston actuator (electric or pneumatic)pushed theposition of axial movement unto 90 degree; So thed it the valvecan open or dose. The actuator have three types.
● Muti-position handle can use to 15°adjustment of valve there is12 seat to lock open or close, In that way, the valve can control the Bow.
● Pulling handle can use to the 4 multi-function to lock open orclose, In that way, the valve can control the Bow.
Materials
● Product wetted steel parts: 304/316L
● Other steel parts: 304
● Flow components of surface roughness: Ra≤0.8
● Outer surface roughness: Ra≤1.6
● Pneumatic head outer surface roughness: Matt
● Wetted seals: PTFE, EPDM

A, opening process 1 in the closed position, the ball by the mechanical pressure of the stem, pressure on the seat. When the handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the stem moves in the opposite direction, and the angular plane at the bottom disengages the ball from the seat. 3 the stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the stem spiral groove, causing the ball to begin to rotate without friction. 4 until the full open position, the stem to the limit position, the ball rotation to the full open position.

Closing Process 1 when closing, turn the handwheel clockwise and the stem begins to drop and the ball begins to rotate away from the seat. 2 continue to rotate the handwheel, the stem is embedded in the spiral groove of the role of the guide pin, so that the stem and ball at the same time rotating 90 degrees. 3 close, the ball has been in contact with the seat without rotating 90 degrees. For the last few turns of the 4-hand wheel, the angular plane at the bottom of the stem is mechanically wedged against the ball, pressing it tightly against the seat to achieve a complete seal.
