Operating principles

▪ The divert seat valve series is remotely operated by compressed air. By the relative position of the control valve to open or close the purposes of the valve, changing the medium flow (commutated).
▪ Manual shut-off valve series through the handle single-seat control, change the media flow (commutated).

Technical Data

▪ Maximum product pressure: 1000kpa (10bar)
▪ Minimum product pressure: Full vacuum
▪ Temperature range: -10 ℃~135 ℃ (use EPDM seal material)
▪ Pressure: 400 - 800 kpa (4-8 bar)

Actuator function

▪ Downward movement by pneumatic actuator, spring reset
▪ Up movement by pneumatic actuator, spring reset
▪ Up or downward movement by pneumatic actuator

Materials

▪ Product wetted steel parts: 304/316L
▪ Other steel parts: 304
▪ Seals: EPDM
▪ Internal surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.4 μm
▪ External surface finish: Sand blasting, polishing
