Operation Mode is automatic operation (can also be manual operation) , it has dual functions of differential pressure and automatic sewage discharge. When the water flows through the filter, the mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen, when the accumulation of impurities on the surface of the filter screen increases and the pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the pressure difference switch sends out a signal, and the PLC sends out a command, when the drive motor starts and the discharge valve opens, the impurities deposited in the filter screen are brushed down by the rotating brush and discharged from the discharge port, the equipment is also equipped with regular cleaning sewage and manual cleaning sewage functions, to ensure the safety and reliability of water under any circumstances.
▪ The filter consists of a filter body with an inlet and outlet. Filter mesh is installed inside the filter body,the mesh retain all particles,which is equal or larger than mesh. When surrounding pressure of the filter exceeds demand, or when the filter element is damaged, you can remove it,then clean or change a new filter element which is used after reinstallation.
